What we automate in a pest control company

Most fixes land in what you already use: Excel, QuickBooks, your pest software or a tool we build.

  • Termite inspection requests from agents, logged with the inspection deadline and closing date.
  • Chemical use read from paper tickets into your records: product, EPA number and amount.
  • Out-of-plan work on a free re-service, like rodent stations, listed for your OK so it gets billed.
  • Annual termite inspections with no signed report on file, listed before the renewal goes out.
  • Cancellations with a reason you can count, so a move turns into a home-sale inspection.
  • The phone rings while every tech is on route. The caller gets a text and goes on your callback list.

On the walk, we find which of these your company has. See the full list for pest control

For pest control companies the owner runs, with one person in the office or none.

What you keep Keep PestPac, FieldRoutes or GorillaDesk. We work on everything around it.

How it works

You can stop after any of them.

  1. Today

    Free

A free call, by phone. You tell us where the week goes. We tell you plainly whether a walk would pay for itself.

  2. The walk

    Paid

A visit to your business, and a look at your records.

The walk starts at $500. Bigger businesses get a quote on the free call. Start a fix of $1,500 or more within 30 days and the walk fee comes off its price.

Not worth it to you? Text or email us within 7 days of the call where you go over your sheet, and you get the walk fee back.

  3. Your sheet

Every problem in dollars, usually within a week of getting your records. You keep it either way.

  4. Then, only if you want

    Paid

One fix, priced before work starts, and a monthly check you can cancel any month.

The report found termites. No quote went out.

Job WDO-26-0231, a home-sale inspection. The state form shows mud tubes on the foundation and damage at the garage door. The inspection is paid for, but the termite quote hasn't been started, and the inspection period ends Friday, October 9. At $7.50 a foot for 196 feet of trench and rod, that's a $1,470 job, with a renewal every year after it.

The fix: every report that finds evidence or damage starts a quote draft the same day, for your OK, before the inspection period ends. The report stays your inspector's, on the state form with nothing added. This is one of the things a walk looks for.

Who walks your business

Most owners I meet lose their evenings to the same few jobs: the quote typed up at night, the invoice that never went out, the call nobody got back to.

Before Lumora I did the paperwork at a water damage company, and I automated most of it. Now Lumora walks businesses around Gainesville and does the same.

I speak English and Spanish, so your office can work in either.
